Cons
Work environment: you are on your own. They gave you a manual to follow.
Work area is filthy, lice and cockroach. Beware if you wearing shorts. Old kitchenware and people never wash their cups or plates after using and create a huge mess waiting for the front desk to clean up their mess.
Office work area arent always clean either.
Located in Gastown, no parking and worst of all, always noises outside making it hard to focus at work.
Colleagues work on their own tasks or projects, very few interactions unless you are the architect. Or else you are nothing to the principals.
NO BUDGET. Don't even think about doing any events or activities.
