Pros
To learn, to understand and put to use leadership skills and technical prowess, good place to start a career with or without experience. Also I had the opportunity to work with and connect to the senior management directly, this can be really useful and encouraging to someone who is new to the corporate world.
Cons
In my time at Iridium what I felt was that the training sessions could have been more structured, but as the organization grows this would improve.
