Pros

- Great career progression structure and opportunities - Great learning prospects (exam training, on the job training, knowledgeable staff) - Great atmosphere - Everyone works together to meet and exceed client expectations and have fun along the way

Cons

- We have been slightly delayed in getting us bigger office space in central London - Fast paced, fast moving and fast growing company means that the bar is always being raised in terms of what is expected of individuals

Pros

There are some great people working at this company who can become close friends. Iris has a family like feel to it, this might vary from department to department but from what I have seen it's wonderful. They do work hard to make a big dent in the industry and it shows in the quality of work and how clients are treated. It's a very fast pace place (which makes the days go by quicker) and actually rewarding. You will get rewarded with praise and announcements for an accomplishment.

Cons

The goal reviews are about the dumbest thing imaginable. Basically, you are rated on a scale of 1-4 and if you met your goals. Normally you don't receive higher than a 2 and management expects that. In fact they will look into anyone who stated above that. So, it's like they are asking you to feel like you failed. If you move positions or something isn't available to you anymore, you don't get to count that goal... and when review time comes, that counts against you. They don't judge you on performance, you could do a semi-decent job, but if you get your goals taken care of you are golden. Nothing is ever set in stone, being in client services you can get tossed around and promised things but never have the end result you were hoping for. Of course there are certain people that can irritate you as an employee, but that is EVERYWHERE. It's e-discovery, it's going to be stressful at times.
