Have taken care of employees in covid so much . The best part of the iris that differs is HR'S REALLY TAKE THE PAIN TO CONTACT AND TALK TO EMPLOYEES ONCE EVERY 2-3 MONTHS . In other organisations I have seen even after sending email human resource team hardly even listen or setup the calls. IRIS Is growing so will you .
