Pros
There is a flexible work day with no micromanaging. My manager trusts us to get our work done and allows us to perform independently while still being available for advice or guidance. There is room for career development and I've taken a few courses that have expanded my job responsibility.
Cons
Being a remote office, we miss out on corporate team building events and perks of being at a corporate office (e.g., canteen food, gym).
