Flexible work environment centered around results. Good people, many longtime employees (15+ years) which is uncommon – and most welcome – in the 2020s. Management maintains the balance between process and creative problem solving, creating a culture that attracts and retains talent.
Cons
It's naturally challenging at a large company to maintain a corporate culture born when the workforce was quite small, but Iron Bow's management understands that its people are its most valuable resource, Recently, there has been a renaissance of recapturing this entrepreneurial mindset.
