Pros

Working hours are decent and the location is convenient. Some colleagues are friendly and supportive. The job itself is manageable once you learn the processes.

Cons

Management lacks organisation, communication, and proper leadership skills. Promotions and better treatment often feel based more on personal relationships, friendships, or family connections rather than hard work or performance. Instructions from managers, team leaders, and trainers are inconsistent. If you ask different trainers the same question, you often receive completely different answers, which leads to mistakes and employees being blamed unfairly. The salary is only slightly above minimum wage for the workload and responsibilities involved. Breaks are unpaid, and many of the advertised benefits still require employees to pay from their own pocket, making them less useful in reality. Overall, morale and workplace culture could be much better.

Pros

Great interview process! Manager and colleagues are friendly and easily accessible. As a new hire I am looking forward to learning more about the company and how I can be a part of their success.

Cons

None so far, the team and company appear to be as advertised.

Pros

My Location started off as a "Family/Team" oriented workplace, but over the years and the company became public, it took away a lot of those qualities where they looked out for their employees.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. We worked on a skeleton crew and it was hard getting qualified workers that was willing to do the job for low pay. We were once told by an upper management person that we were paid "middle of the road" pay when asked about raises. Also, the longer you stay, the slower the raises are every year.
