None. I successfully completed the interview process, passed all required background checks, and accepted the job offer. Despite all checks being completed satisfactorily, I was later presented with a contract containing a significantly lower salary than originally offered. Avoid at all cost, they are not honoring what themselves offer.

Communication was dismissive when I sought clarification, and I felt misled throughout the process. The way this situation was handled showed poor judgment and a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, individuals who handle recruitment and employment decisions should demonstrate far higher standards of honesty, responsibility, and respect for candidates whose livelihoods depend on these offers.
