Pros

Work from home was nice, but the push to come back to the office ended up getting a lot of folks laid off, or fired eventually.

Cons

Too much work and not enough people with knowledge of previous systems. Lay-off's happening constantly and employees are fearful they'll lose their jobs, so they don't unionize and fight back.
