Have decent coworkers, Leadership is not too bad. Pay is okay.
Cons
Don't care about their employees. Company is trying to achieve an unattainable goal, which is to make $15 billion by year 2028. Many HRBP, TA, HR from all levels has been laid off, Provide promotions to leadership but not mid-level individual contributors. Leaders get hundreds of thousands a year in salary while Mid-level struggles. A lot of Favoritism.
