      Technologywise alot things to learn as server administration of network administrator

      Cons

      No enough resources in any location Shift management is worst within week 3 times shift changes PAN india only one 1 engineer available for dedicate task like for rotueing switching only 1 engineer available within shift sometimes that is also blank. Need to lie to customer. Worst politics ,no appreciation No action taken by HR for leads

      The work is simple yet important. Work independently Fringe pay added to hourly rate makes is $22.50/hr

      Been over a year since a pay increase Management lacks people skills operations are not organized as they once were
