Horrible management - Production Iron Ox (CA) Employee Review

Happy and talented engineering team.

Poor execution of business plan.

Culture, I would venture to say that when you interview with Iron Ox, the selection process involves a bit more than "can you do the job". I would say coming aboard this company would entail "can you do the job" "can you be respectful, receptive and cordial" as well. The teams are diverse and welcoming from Day 1.

I cant think of any worth mentioning, there are a few small things that could become issue down the line, but I have to give it time...I may not see the big picture from my vantage point, so I wont criticize moves made just yet until the "other shoe drops"
