Leadership has zero integrity, there is no trust or accountability at all. They will tell you what you want to hear and then turn around and do the exact opposite behind your back. The "Emphasis on safety" is all a PR stunt, they do not actually practice what they preach. If you have any issues with how things are run don't bring them up, you will be fired with or without a good reason. Or they will make up a reason and falsify evidence against you.
