Pros
I've worked at SACA technologies for about two years now and I think its fair to say I'm in a place where I can share my thoughts with some weight behind it. My overall experience with this workplace has been very enjoyable. Management points you to the right direction, coworkers are always willing to help and the company as a whole has good foundational values. - Our internal dedicated resources makes it easier to get our job done. The dedicated amount of detail that goes towards each client is something I appreciate a lot-- it definitely makes my job go a lot smoother. - The company adapts quickly to changing markets. There were no interruptions in the transition to remote work-- it was carefully planned and there was basically no difference besides working in the comfort of your own home. - They'll reimburse your pursuit of additional IT knowledge. If you pick up certifications related to the IT field, they'll reimburse you those costs-- one can definitely appreciate an employer that wants their employees to grow.
Cons
I personally haven't had any issues working for this company. Everyone's been great and the company as a whole, for my role anyways, makes their expectations clear. They even give you these colored progress bars to track your own progress. The job definitely requires a little initiative and critical thinking from the employee (but so do most things in life); you can't simply expect things to happen-- and if all the information is not immediately presented you, it only makes sense that you go out and seek it. Overall, I can't say there's any cons because all the tools required to complete the job are provided.
