Working with talented people that have the will to do something great! Changing student lives and life at the campus.
Cons
Poor outdated curriculum, misalignment between the teams, poor communication and turnover that prevents to create a strong team and company culture. People team is led by a person that ghosts the employees, and does not really care about them.
