Pros
Out of all the agencies I have worked at, Ironpaper (IP) has provided me with the most growth direction and overall structure that I didn't realize I'd been missing since I began my career in marketing.
Just a few highlights:
- I feel supported by my team — even as recent changes have shifted things around in my role. Open communication about deadlines and expectations is encouraged. We work in pod structures, so I may just have a great team that I like working with and learning from.
- I feel challenged (and empowered to keep challenging myself) so I can grow even more in this profession/industry. There are so many great and talented people in my team, and I look forward to learning from them.
- The interview process was organized, speedy, and enjoyable.
- This is the most diverse agency I have worked at, which I deeply appreciate. Not only that, but HR and the IP team do a great job of providing resources and support to foster open conversations.
- Since we are fully remote, it feels like the pool of talent isn't limited to whoever can be in-person, so you're working with some experienced and talented professionals across the US.
Cons
I'll update this in a year with my cons if I see or experience any. For now, I would highly recommend applying and seeing if you're a fit.
