Pros
Irvin is a smaller company and has a family feel to it. It's a good place to get experience in the automotive industry.
Cons
Little pay. Not much room to advance. No bonuses unless you're in a managing position. Strict time schedule. You need to get in and leave at the exact time you set for yourself.
