Decent - Editor Irving Publications Employee Review

Nicole Irving is a girl-boss. She is so hands-on, caring, tough and knows exactly what she wants. She is a great person to work for, will tell you if she likes what you're doing or not (no sugarcoating), but is a really great person. I would intern here every year if I wasn't graduating.

Only downside is that some of the writing has been listicles or not what I see myself doing (writing parenting advice), but you can pitch your own ideas and they're receptive to that.
