Amazing team (super supportive and knowledgable) Always building and improving (a company that ACTUALLY listens to its customers and employees) Above average compensation Growing so lots of opportunities for advancement Fully remote (if you want)
Cons
With any outbound BDR role you're going to have some less than friendly prospects, but when you believe in the product and its ability to help them, it doesn't hurt so much! (they're also very rare)
