I’ve been working as a Care Navigator at Isaac Health for six months now, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. I enjoy the people I work with and the friendly work culture, which makes coming to work enjoyable. The leadership and senior management are super supportive and always put employees’ well-being first. I’ve also had great opportunities to learn and grow, especially in communication and patient engagement and care, which has been really helpful for my career. So far, it’s been a rewarding experience that’s helping me grow both personally and professionally.

Some processes or systems could be more streamlined or updated especially the company is growing really fast!

Working from home is definitely one of the standout perks! The company culture is warm and inclusive, and everyone from my immediate coworkers to colleagues in other departments are genuinely friendly and always willing to help. The environment fosters collaboration and respect, making it a great place to work. The workflow is steady and well-managed, with an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Breaks are encouraged, which means I’m not glued to my desk and can take time to walk my dog or reset during the day. As someone who’s deeply passionate about dementia care, I find it incredibly rewarding to help patients and caregivers get the support they need by scheduling their appointments. Their appreciation and kindness truly brighten my day.

I do wish we could build up more time off.
