Pros
Working for Iscar is easy and there are low expectations. Independent thought is not required or encouraged. It is extremely difficult to get fired if you show up and do the bare minimum. You will not be worrying about work when you are off the clock.
Cons
The salaries are terrible, there is no path for any advancement, there is no training or development of work skills, they will not invest in their employees. The only thing you will get out of this job is your meager paycheck.
