You are not working under anyone and nobody is working under you. Company is having self-managed team and you will be part of that team. Company administration do their level best to get the best food from the city of different taste. Food for various occasion though. This will be in cons for those who are diet conscious. Cons
1) Isolation with upper management: Upper management seats in US office and because of timezone difference it creates a little isolation between employees of Ahmedabad & US branch. 2) Fire: Few employees are fired. Some deserved, some didn’t. 3) Late night meetings: IT people love late night coding but don’t love attending late night meetings. 4) Interview Process: It's a very lengthy process and has some loopholes. Many times a deserving candidate is also not recruited.
