Pros
You get opportunities to take a leadership role in helping customers, and your usually rewarded verbally for it. Work hours are pretty flexible. Friendly local ISP , great rep for customer service...somewhat laissez faire. You can learn just about anything there and put it under the bealt. Sometimes your allowed to work from home.
Cons
No yearly reviews, your rarely compensated unless you have threatened to quit. No raises, but the work load continues as the business gets bigger. Management doesn't do much about slackers and give the impression ' you complain, then you deal with it'. Small company trying to be big company, but wont spend a dime on keeping the worker bees happy. Too many managers that continuously bump heads.
