Pros

Might be a good place for an entry-level NOC engineer to get some experience, but not anyone else. Anybody looking for a viable Sales, Client Support, Finance or Marketing career path should look elsewhere.

Cons

Inflexible work hours. Non-engineer employees not provided with opportunity to work remotely. Absolutely zero marketing efforts/budget. Salespeople seem to come and go, and a few complained about sales being "taken" by their sales manager, whom was apparently on an individual leveraged-compensation plan. It also looked like most sales contracts were still being handled by fax as late as 2010. Company is mostly reselling other providers telecom and broadband services, with all the troubles that entails. CEO is a bit too hands-on (lots of micromanagement of nearly all departments) and leadership as a whole seems stuck in mid-1990's telecom.
