      Pros

      There are no pro's that come to mind- if you are considering a job with them, for your mental health think again.

      Cons

      An organization that is managed by an incompetent, dangerous senior management team. They put their staff in danger, with little regard to mental and psychical health. The cause harm to the communities they work with.

      Pros

      -Put into the field and was able to directly work with the people I wanted to help -Friendly people who care about what they're doing

      Cons

      -They used to be a bit disorganized with the intern program but they've been re-working it so I think that has changed now
