1. the owners of the company treats the employee s as bonded labours/slaves. they think the employee s has to work for them 24X7. 2. the good deeds will never get praised but one tiny mistake will be highlighted as one have committed a murder. 3. none of the employee's performance is satisfactory. 4. no money will be given as advance when one travels for official work. 5. employee s are expected to live on air when traveling out station on official duties. 6. don't expect hotel accommodations. 7. it is advised to get the last salary before submitting resignation. other wise forget that.
