There are many opportunities to develop yourself in different knowledge areas, due to company size. Itaú uses the latest technology and has very solid managing processes.
Cons
Still too much hierarchy and a liitle bit of bureaucracy. Banking industry is very formal and if you are not a fan of this style, you may find yourself out of place.
