      Pros

      Salaries & Benefits are ok. Job is kind of safe. Bank has been financially strong. Of course de merger between Itaú and Unibanco was a little harsh.

      Cons

      Hard to climb positions, hierarchies are strong. Company too large and bureaucratic. HR is awful.
