Pros
Nothing, Interview was mainly on personal relationships, not much technical. May offer you excellent package which will turn out to be a fake one. It lures candidates from MNC's with high salary packages and bonus attractions and gets them involved in business with fake US profiles.
Cons
Everything!!! Total Fraud company. Just taking advantage of being one of very few companies in Bhopal. Takes cheque from you after joining the company in the name of a Bond. Will ask you to sign a bond of 2 years. The code of conduct rules are really bad. You can take leaves within one year of joining. They work only in the night. Works on Fake US Profiles. Calls are routed giving an impression of US Calls. They provide US holidays, not Indian.
