Pros
Many young employees, good central location.
Cons
If you're a young engineer who really wants to learn how to create high end, scalable systems, this is not the place for you. Much of the tech stack was written way before frameworks like Spring and etc, so much is built around a tech structure that is very, very "tribal", i.e it only exists at Itello and you will only be able to bring with you general tech knowledge out of this workplace, when you leave, the rest is too Itello specific to be of use anywhere else, and even if you could, you probably wouldn't anyway. There's little work to secure the mental growth and wellbeing of it's employees. Bullies exists and are more or less accepted by managers, and no one really does anything if said bully continously attack other's opinion as "irrelevant", being snarky and making everyone quite uncomfortable in general, during meetings, which I saw plenty examples of. Having at least a basic level of social skills does not seem to be a requirement to be hired. You have been warned. Oh, and a bad salary, which I realized way too late.
