Not bad but repetitive - Trimming Crew Item 9 Labs Employee Review

Extremely supportive leadership & team members genuinely care about each other. Day-to-day, it is fast-paced, collaborative, exciting and meaningful. We're experiencing some growing pains, as expected when you scale, but it's a pretty high-functioning work environment. Everyone has a healthy appreciation of a work-life balance. But across the board, people seem to legitimately care about reaching goals as an organization (while maintaining a strong ethos). It creates a real sense of commitment and enthusiasm for working hard and making progress. It's a good vibe with kind and funny souls :)

I really haven't experienced cons yet. The industry comes with its own unique challenges. If you can handle that, Item 9 is an amazing company to work for in the space.

Working at Item 9 labs is a fun, rewarding, and truly incredible experience. The company is in growth mode and on the verge of expanding. The leadership is connected, honest, and supportive - it's the most supportive organization I've worked for yet, and that is a great feeling. Every day is a little bit different, and we're in the midst of developing some streamlined processes that continue to improve the operation. This company actually cares about its employees, like nothing I've ever seen. Our COO is a superstar, he's the best. Honestly, ALL the executives are awesome - we have a CFO that is approachable and thoughtful, ensuring he greets everyone with a big smile! And honestly, our CEO is a supportive, honest, and very intelligent leader. This group, among other incredible executives, makes the workplace a place that is absolutely ideal. PLUS...This industry is about to explode, and I can't imagine working with a better crew to blow the lid off the industry and lead the way. I love it here, the entire team is amazing, helpful, and engaging. And the creativity among the creative group is just getting started - we're about to have some fun! At the end of the day, I'm so honored to be part of this team!
