- Teams are small and agile - Atmosphere is very good - Management here is the best I've worked with yet, all of them are engineers - Fully remote work is possible, hours are flexible - You can have a lot of impact on the projects - Because of small team sizes you will have more responsibility and will learn a lot more because of that

- They work with many different clients so the exact nature of your job may vary, some projects can be worse than others
