Pros
During my time there, the management team was fantastic. All managers fostered and maintained a healthy work environment for all staff.
Cons
Owners lack care, respect, and empathy for their employees. General manager was let go while on his first approved vacation in over two years. Additionally, owners hired a manager that another staff member had worked with at a previous job and informed managers and owners that the newly hired manager has an anger issue and often takes it out on other staff members. Shortly after the new manager was hired, numerous complaints were filed about him but before owners could review it, he put in a resignation notice. A few months following his departure, he was re-hired and employee morale has severely dropped. On top of all that, owners were okay with serving expired food because the revenue of the new location wasn’t what they expected it to be so now they’re trying to pinch pennies wherever and whenever they can. Overall, ownerships needs to improve their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills as well as develop empathy and compassion for their employees.
