      Pros

      1. Amazing product concept 2. Blue ocean Market 3. Immense corporate learnings and individual growth of what you want and what not.

      Cons

      1. This was my first experience working with such A grade college passouts founders and let me tell you that no monetary or stake company stake benefits compensate for cussing and abuse over sales calls and loss of self worth. 2. The founders have successfully turned this company into a mini McKinsey where everything in the name of flat hierarchy is hippocritical 3. One of the talent acquisition HRs kra is to write postive tales on social handles so they can find more scapegoats to fire later. 4. Since inception there is has been no core team that has been retained as the founders are really trigger happy to fire anyone irrespective of their tenures and contribution.

      Pros

      Only worked there for about 6 months, but had a good experience overall. Fast growing travel tech company with lots of opportunity. Its a very competitive space, but the product is better than most travel platforms out there in the market today, in my honest opinion.

      Cons

      Cant really think of any cons outside of the normal stuff you deal with at any start-up company.
