Pros

A lot of ambitiois smart young people, in a dynamic startup environment. You get very good experience for other jobs within IT, startups and the tech industry in general.

Cons

Working with startups is not for the ones that want stability. Growing pains do occur, and you might have to choose experience above compensation.

Pros

- No long working hours - There were alot of interns, so at least you meet other young people

Cons

I worked as Customer Success Account Executive for 5 months for the German market (at Camaloon). I had just finished my university degree and decided to take a job here. The salary was ok (more than other junior roles I applied for). You need to be aware that you're selling customised merchandise (mugs, buttons etc) so after 2 - 3 weeks I felt stupid because I didnt study for 4 years to sell these kind of products. Work life balance is pretty chill. Sales weren't great at that time due to Corona. I believe that before the crisis the sales were quite good (in Germany the highest). Overall the managers there are awful at leadership and at managing people. Almost seemed like a joke at all times in the meetings and there is no carreer progession insight there Its ok for a few months if you can't find a job else where but definitely wouldnt recommend for longer

Pros

I have been working now for 3 years, and my job has been evolving a lot. -A very young, dynamic and creative atmosphere, people enjoy the day by day at the office, the vibe is always very good. -The new office is really cool. -Lots of opportunities to grow! -You have a lot of autonomy. Very flat hierarchy. -All the ideas are welcomed. -You will learn as much as you want.

Cons

Working with startups is not for the ones that want stability. There will be weeks where you need to work more hours to get the work done. If you enjoy learning, facing new challenges and also have the curiosity to improve things it's your place. If you prefer more established and standard work environment it might be less enjoyable.
