      Lots of free food. And candies- location in Florida is nice, much nicer than the one in Israel.

      Boring, management very distant (culture) and clicky.

      Everyone is really nice, great environment, steady stream of work

      Cons

      Compensation isn't that good Have to use PTO for sick time and doctors visits etc Specifically for software engineers, the tech stack is outdated
