Pros
A fantastic and passionate team. Opportunities to work with well-known, exciting brands. Generally strong project management processes in place. A great mission that inspires meaningful work. Flexible working arrangements (to some extent).
Cons
The small size can lead to a lack of structure and support, with no dedicated HR. Work-life balance can blur, if you don't present your boundaries Staff turnover was fairly high. Salaries could be better.
