NSG group in IVANTI They treat engineering work like a labor work asking hourly goals and updates. They expect engineers to type something hourly and show some results rather than think and solve issues. Days are filled with compulsory meetings starting from 8.30am to 10:00 pm and wonder about productivity . Daily 4-5 random out of context meetings are scheduled and at end of day asking engineers to show results. Asking engineers to measure every activity hourly basis, daily basis and monthly basis and defend it. During release time , Managers search a scape goat engineer and 4-5 managers call the scape goat engineer hourly basis ask updates and make individual feel guilty and forc them to work day and night including week ends. Toxic engineering work culture; lack of personnel time, toxic for mental and physical health.
