I got the impression that the organization was in constant flux due a period of a lot of acquisitions. Also, after the acquisition, people were wondering what their jobs would be for months. It may be better now though, but I think overall they could use more organization. When our company was acquired, there was a welcome call with the CEO, who talked all about the partnership, glad these two companies have joined together, welcome to Ivanti, really excited to work with you...etc. And less than a week later more than a 3rd of our company were let go.
