      Pros

      The software works. The claim they have of Unified IT is the vision of the company and they are working hard at producing that vision.

      Cons

      No diversity in management - all white males. The healthcare benefits package is weak - the only offing is a high deductible heath plan with an HSA. A family will be out of pocket $9k before insurance will help.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
