      Pros

      The culture and people here are the best. Everyone matters and contributes in an environment where we work hard, focus on results, and have fun. The on-boarding process was fast and easy and I was up and running day one. Great benefits.

      Cons

      In a highly competitive industry, Ivanti name recognition is taking some time to grow but it is happening with the help of a great marketing team.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
