Very high turnover
Incompetent Management
Lack of communication
Poor benefits
Policies are confusing and frequently changed in order to cover managerial mistakes. There is a culture of hostility and doing things "my way" rather than finding compromises and communicating openly. In many ways, when mistakes were made, it felt like high school locker room drama. However, when things worked, it was a friendly and easy-going environment.
In mid-late 2019, there was a big business restructure. Lots of hard-working, very skilled people were let go over small infractions in order to make it seem like layoffs were not happening. They clearly see you as a number rather than a human being. Some people are okay with that, I was not.
It seemed to be like they are adjusting business strategy to be sold off rather than to improve themselves.
