      Pros

      Definitely engineering focused. People pull their weight, and managers at least sometimes listen.

      Cons

      Ivanti acquires a lot of companies. It's the way they do the business. If you are in such an event, the receiving end of purchase can easily result in your position being redundant. However not even people employed at Ivanti proper are safe. Even if they say no redundancies for engineering, expect them to go back on their word. You good at saving? Save save save! And read any agreement if you get terminated before you sign.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
