      Pros

      Not much, there are more negatives than positives

      Cons

      Ivanti was created as a merger of a number of different companies. I was working for a company called MobileIron. Most employees has some RSU's that got canceled once Ivanti acquired this company, this stock made up 1/3 of the salary. The upper management had their stock paid out, most other employees had theirs cancelled. There were mass layoffs, people had 2 hours to pack their stuff and leave. A dog eats dog way of doing business. Currently there seems to be a plan outsource our product development to India. Not sure about the other products, but I would say long term there is no future in product development in Europe with Ivanti.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
