      Pros

      Ivanti is a fast, paced company willing to invest in good tools to enable their staff to be more productive. There’s some very smart people at Ivanti who I learnt a lot from. Flexible working may be possible depending on your manager and role.

      Cons

      In some departments there is an expectation that you should work ridiculously long hours to be good at your job and keep up with workload. This should be actively discouraged.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
