      Pros

      - WFH. - Little to no governance throughout the company, so if you're OK with uber-ambiguity, this could be a great place for you

      Cons

      No one wants to stay here. Company has no policy, procedure or process for things that are boilerplate elsewhere. Pay bands? Role progression? Nothing. The Marketing team puts out great materials that stand up to our competitors but questionable about our ability to actually delivery. Reorganizations of acquired firms is a mess. Lots of talk of culture improvement, very little action. People keep leaving because of this.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
