Pros

Management puts employees #1. Work Hard, but if you have personal situations during critical times, you get support from the very tope of the organization. Extremely positive and respectful environment. Great benefits. Flexible work schedule and location (Remote, Hybrid, On Prem). Various mechanisms to reward peers, employees and to nominate any employee for awards or recognition. Employees really appreciate the positive re-enforcement of a job well done.

Cons

Ivanti recently grew through acquisition and had some growing pains; however, they have been or are being addressed. Teams have previously worked in silos but are working together to mediate this issue.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for being part of Ivanti over the past few years. We're glad you value the great team, benefits, growth opportunities, and flexible work-life balance. We understand that leadership changes can create some uncertainty, and we appreciate your patience as new leaders get acclimated and define our future direction. Your input is important as we continue to build an even stronger Ivanti together.

Pros

Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

Cons

Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
