      Pros

      LANDesk was developing some great technology and had some great employees.

      Cons

      LANDesk made a practice of hiring Temp workers on contract. Management was largely unprofessional and created a hostile working environment - often threatening employees or beating them down. I spoke with many fellow workers (developers, testers, etc.) and heard the same stories. Threats, long hours, lack of praise. It seemed that there just wasn't much reward for all of the hard work!

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
