Been short staffed for a while and they won't hire anyone. Losing staff and still won't hire anyone. Can't imagine that's a good sign. Under pros I stated that they're trying to make it a good place to work, that they're trying to develop a company culture. It's getting a little culty though. They also only care about employee happiness because more and more evidence is surfacing showing that employee satisfaction has a positive effect on the bottom line. Fine, but don't tell me you care about me and make it uncomfortable, just tell it like it is. We want you to be happy so we can make more money. Long way to get here, but the reason it isn't worth it, and the reason they can't keep anyone is because people are finding jobs that pay more for the same work. Sometimes people accept the offer, work for a bit, then get another (much better) offer and leave for that.
