      Pros

      Small enough company where you get lots of experience doing different things Could be a good place early in your career

      Cons

      Destructive politics especially at highest levels Executive team not functioning as a team Lots of tug of war over staff and funding All departments trying to do 2x more than they are funded for; lots of in-fighting as a result New product strategy every year

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
